Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Saturday 8 a.m.-3 p.m.
Although we provide most services throughout the week, specialty services are scheduled when necessary on the following days:

Scheduling an Appointment
OCLA is open to the public; however, all services are provided by appointment only, except for emergencies. To make an appointment for any of our services, please call during office hours:

Generally, a comprehensive exam is scheduled for about 90 minutes. Other office visits are scheduled for 30 to 60 minutes depending on the specific services or procedures required.
**Information on our HIPAA Privacy Practices**
Appointment Day
Patients should arrive 15 minutes before their appointed time to complete necessary forms. Since our examinations are very thorough and include many tests, please allow at least 90 minutes for the initial visit. To make sure that registration and examinations proceed smoothly, patients should bring insurance information, list of medications, and current eyeglasses, contact lenses or other vision devices that they may have.
Spanish speaking translators are available at the Center. We try to accommodate for other language needs as well, however, many patients find it helpful to bring English-speaking family members or friends to translate for them during the examination.
A parent or legal guardian must accompany children under 18 years of age.
Fees and Insurance
OCLA is not a free clinic. Our fees are fair and reasonable and are generally lower than most other places. All fees and material charges must be paid at the time the services are provided or materials are ordered. Fees may be paid by cash, check, Visa or Master Card. We also accept Medi-Cal, Medicare, and a number of other insurance plans. For patients who are financially in need there may be some limited funds and programs available to provide assistance.
